Dispute a Result

If you believe a battle result is incorrect or was affected by a technical issue, you can file a dispute. Our team will review the raw logs, environment data, and your evidence to determine if a re-run or correction is warranted.

How Disputes Work

  1. Submit your dispute with the battle ID and a description of the issue.
  2. We review the evidence, including raw logs, system metrics, and environment snapshots.
  3. Resolution is published -- the result may be corrected, the battle re-run, or the dispute closed with an explanation.

Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
